6. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked via our platform. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee or booking restrictions.

7. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are displayed during booking. Payment must be completed before the session. Fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by us or legally required.

8. Recording of Consultations

Sessions are recorded with consent, under IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023. Recordings are securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by S N Group Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Consultations do not replace professional medical care. S N Group Technologies is not responsible for damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the Services.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use the platform unlawfully.
• Do not impersonate others.
• Do not interfere with Platform operations.
• Do not upload malicious software.
• Do not collect user data without consent.
• Do not record consultations without authorization.

12. Termination

S N Group Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any reason, especially in cases of Terms violations.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and complies with Indian data protection laws.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
